NOTE: This price is not including the technician's salary.
Operation Process:
1, Fix the workpiece on the mould manually.
2, Press the start button.
3, The fixture equipment clamp the workpiece.
4, The hot mould lay down slowly to the workpiece and heat the pre-weld point.
5, After all the point finished welding, the air cool system will cool the welded points.
6, After cooling, the hot mould back to its original position, welding completed.
7, The operator takes out the products from the machine.
8, Start next cycle same as above.
Production Ability:
1, The cycle time is 30-50 seconds / PCS (not including the loading and unloading)
2, The machine running time could be 11 hours per shift by 2 shifts every day.
